Dean Karr brought horror film aesthetics to heavy metal music videos, creating some of the darkest, most visceral imagery on MTV. Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Slayer, Pantera, Static-X, Coal Chamber - Karr's work combined disturbing visuals, industrial textures, and nightmarish symbolism that defined late-90s metal's visual identity.
